We went to Sue and Wayne's on Christmas Day. I forgot my camera, so I stole Sue's and snapped away as the kids dove into a mountain of presents, food, fun, and Packers.

On January 9, late in the afternoon, the snow fell and actually amounted to enough to play in. In order to seize the moment, Nickolas and Lucy got geared up and played for over and hour and half on the deck. Wish it snowed here more often to entertain them. I think someone likes snow like their mommy...

Cozy

It's been quite chilly the past few days with the low temperature last night reaching 17 degrees. Some of the floors are drafty in the house, so we placed our sheepskin rug purchased by Nana Jean from our honeymoon trip to Scotland under Flora's crib to ensure no drafts would reach her sleepy head. Brilliant invention, those sheepskin rugs.
