More Graduation Photos

The photographer the college used for the graduation ceremony made his photos available for us to download.  Scanning through the 200 pictures for the Masters in Historic Preservation class showed several despite our small graduating class size this year (there are typically around 8 or 10).  Through the sea of black cap and gowns, was the first picture below:

The photographer caught these little chitlins doing something they likely were not supposed to be doing.
Graduates with a few of the Professors we had.

A little emotional when I heard "Yay Mommy!" after my name was called for the diploma.

The second time for winning the prize for best thesis.

Our little pirate treasures

Savoring our final hours at the beach house.

The Kids' Lucky Day - Pirate Treasure!

The kids were playing on the beach when all of the sudden, a bottle appeared!

Wow, the pirates must be really old - this giant vodka bottle says 1998!

The bottle contains a map showing a treasure!  As Nickolas said, "Wow, this is my lucky day!"

Counting lots and lots of paces around the dragon lair.

More paces.

20 more paces

Digging for the treasure

More digging

Whoa, this might be a treasure!

Wow, what's inside?!

We struck gold!

Night Time Fun

We had lots of fun on the decks, saw shooting stars, and explored the beach for sand crabs on various nights.

Cousin Cory and his family

Lucy loved the stars.  Saw an amazing rainbow, too, but didn't get a picture of it.

So good to have daddy with us.

Funny faces

Our fearless 3 years olds on a crab hunt.

Loving the beach at night time.

Cousins

The night's catch.

Searching the crab hole.

The crabs sometimes got clubbed by this boy and his net.

The dramatic catch

So proud of their crabs
