Nickolas and Lucy had a brilliant idea to decorate the dining table.

They ran to the corn patch (as Lucy calls it) and started picking.

And tugging.

And shucking, and filling vases.

Flora's 3rd Birthday Celebration

Our baby girl turned 3 on Thanksgiving Day (or, on Happy Thanksgiving, as she says).  It was a Hello Kitty birthday with lots of gifts and cupcakes.

Lucy LOVED the snow.  She played for nearly four hours in it the day before Thanksgiving when it snowed a good 3-4 inches.  It was powdery, too, and not wet.  There was so much to explore for Lucy and we were both giddy with glee.
