Fall Hike in Great Falls National Park

It was a gorgeous Sunday morning to beat the crowds and take a hike.

Aimee's having a little too much fun with the new camera.

Nickolas likes to high-five us through the fence when he scores.

6th Anniversary Gift

My camera has been failing, hence the infrequent blog posts.  For our 6th wedding anniversary and to capture our precious wee ones, Aimee received a new (and her first ever) digital SLR camera.  Below are my first few shots.  It's amazing.  Stay tuned for lots and lots and lots of pictures.
My first subject.

Hail to the Redskins

Part of cousin Grant's trip included a Redskins game.

Mr Grant Goes to Washington

It was our nephew Grant's first visit to D.C.  He went on a whirlwind tour of the site - we hope he can come again for more fun.

Fall Fest at YFT

We had a busy and fun Columbus Day weekend with Kentucky Uncle David and cousin Grant's visit.  When they arrived, we headed to a Fall Fest put on as a fundraiser for Joe Gibb's Youth For Tomorrow.

Flora loved the animals.

Fall Fests

We had a perfect time at Cox Farms a few weeks ago.  The weather was great and we went on a Monday (an early day from school for Nickolas) so it wasn't crowded.  The hayride, slides, and corn maze were a blast and I had great assistance with the kids thanks to Sue and Wayne, who had just as much fun as the kids.

This reminded me of when they were little.
Best hayride ever.
